Recently renovated and completely remodeled with lavish materials, furniture and equipment. A private alpine/Scandinavian style ski in ski out apartment of 61 m2 on the 4th floor (at 2050 meters) of the Sources de Marie residence in Arc 1950. It has a quiet location with magnificent views and a balcony facing the mountains, perfect for an al fresco lunch or a sunny après-ski afternoon. Handmade Swedish dining and coffee tables. Comfortable sofa bed, designer armchairs and cushions. Beautifully decorated and warmly lit - all with dimmers. Ambient tea lights. Genuine oak floors everywhere and with cozy underfloor heating instead of radiators.

A living room with dining area and a fully equipped kitchen in natural ash with all amenities. Range of Bosch quality dishwashers, microwaves and silent ovens. Hob induction. Traditional coffee machine, pod coffee maker, toaster, etc. Two fridges with freezer compartments, one of which is mainly for drinks. Fully equipped with all kinds of crockery and fine glassware.

46" Smart-TV with streaming and with French, British and American channels. Application for Netfix and more. Bluetooth-enabled active hi-fi speakers so you can easily stream your music. Free private high-speed Wi-Fi.

One bedroom with double bed and separate working space. A master bathroom clad in white marble with heated slate floors and an innovative bath and shower combination. Second bedroom with twin beds, and a small work area. En-suite shower room with travertine clad walls, heated slate floors and wall-hung toilet. The bathrooms have heated towel rails and hair dryers. This accommodation comfortably sleeps 4 people in 2 bedrooms. There is an option to sleep 2 extra people in the living room on the double sofa bed or 1 extra child on an air mattress in the master bedroom (both options must be pre-booked).

Please kindly note our house conditions/rules: Strictly no smoking, no pets, no ski boots, no skis or snowboards in the flat or on the balcony. 1 private ski and boot locker is available immediately at the entrance to the residence for storage of your equipment.

Linen, bathrobes, towels etc. are provided for the bedrooms. Flat preparation and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the total rental price and carried out by a professional company. However, we expect the kitchen to be cleaned, the glassware and crockery finalized (or cleaned in the dishwasher) and all rubbish and recyclables removed.

As this is my private home for close to 2 months of the year, the apartment is fully equipped with most of the things you need. There is a vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board in the apartment and washing and drying facilities in a number of laundry rooms in the corridors.

In the house "Sources de Marie" you have access to a brand new (2026) large exercise room and one smaller with whirlpool and sauna. Through a loft in the house also access to the heated outdoor pool. On floor -4 you find also the "Deep Nature Spa" with a fantastic flowing pool, various saunas, hamman etc and various services such as massage (entrance fee but worth it).

NEWS: Ahead of the 2026-27 season, Sources de Marie will have brand new exclusive ski rooms with lockers equipped with boot warmers. In addition, there will be a new sauna and hot tub room to complement the new gym, outdoor pool and large spa on the ground floor.
