Pass Outdoor

In addition to the program of free entertainment open to all Arc 1950 le Village offers the Outdoor Pass: all guests adults and children aged 3 and over who have booked a stay of 5 nights or more in the village, can book up to 3 free activities.

This involves three different activities per thematic, per week and per person from the following list:

WELLNESS

Stretching / Step / Pilates / Yoga / Gentle Gym

DISCOVERY

Nordic walking / hiking / Trail running

TARGET SPORTS

Archery, Golf Archery, Archery Tag, Archery Course, Speed Archery

OUTDOOR ADVENTURES

Frisbee-Golf / Family Olympics / Mini Tree-top Adventure

How do I sign up for the Outdoor Pass activities?

01. Log on to our booking portal reservations-pass-outdoor.fr , entering the code you were given on arrival.

02. Click on this icon S, then on «Membres associés» and create a profile for every member of the family (adults and children over 3) by filling in the fields.

03. Click on “Learn more” for the chosen activity, select a time slot, then click “Register”. Choose the participant and confirm. Repeat for each additional participant.

04. To check, modify, or cancel a booking, click on the icon S, then select “My activities”. Please note that if you delete the activity, you will lose your time slot.

FAQ

Will my activity still go ahead in the event of bad weather?

If your activity is changed or cancelled, a message will be sent to your mobile phone informing you of this.

I’m here for several weeks or my stay straddles two weeks. How does it work?

One code is valid from Saturday to Friday. If your stay overlaps two weeks, you will receive two codes. Don't worry: new slots open regularly during the week.

I am staying in Le Village for fewer than 5 nights, can I take part in these Outdoor Pass activities?

No, but feel free to call in at the Evolution 2 office (in Place de l’Horloge) to find out about all the activities you can pay to do.

How long is my code valid?

Your code is valid from Saturday to Friday evening. For stays of more than a week, the following code can be collected in advance from reception, but will only be activated on Saturday 8am.

I can't seem to book the activity I'm interested in.

If you’re unable to book an activity, it means it’s already fully booked. Don’t worry, new slots are added regularly throughout the week.

I want to cancel my booking.

You must cancel your booking directly on the platform at least 24 hours in advance. After this time, the slot will be forfeited.
