Follow the Slope of Fame to go shopping
Les Arcs ski resort that can TRULY claim to be ski-in, ski-out, in the heart of one of the world’s largest ski areas!
The streets in the completely car-free village are quite simply an extension of the ski runs of the Paradiski area. Guests staying in Arc 1950 can ski directly from the door of their residence and get back without having to take their skis off.
Ski lessons start in the resort centre and your little ones can start to learn without leaving the Village, with the Yéti Camp.
With each marker dedicated to a film star who has participated in the Film Festival, the ski slope that goes through the Village is also a fabulous shopping itinerary!
Your skis only come off at the entrance to the shops. The retailers even provide bags that make it easy for you to head off on the slopes again and some even deliver your purchases to your apartment.
The “Slope of Fame / Piste des Etoiles” is there to remind you that, in the Village, you are the star!
The Arc 1950 Le Village ski experience also means access to Paradiski ski resort, the second largest ski area in the world, connecting three Alpine ski resorts (Les Arcs, Peisey-Vallandry and La Plagne). A huge skiing area, at the gateway to the Vanoise National Park - 53,000 hectares of protected nature - with modern infrastructures, fast and comfortable lifts, and a variety of areas for all styles and levels, whether in Les Arcs, La Plagne or Peisey-Vallandry.
Whether you are an experienced rider or a beginner, the Essential or Premium pass will give you access to wide, well-prepared slopes or ungroomed Natur' itineraries, weather-protected forests, fun zones, snowparks and many other charms to discover during your stay in the mountains.
