The ASL Arc 1950, at the heart of village management
The Association Syndicale Libre (ASL) Arc 1950 manages and coordinates a range of shared spaces, facilities and services within the village.
It works closely with the various co-ownership associations, their managing agents and syndic boards, owners, shopkeepers, operators, as well as with local and tourism stakeholders.
The ASL is responsible in particular for the upkeep and development of the facilities and shared spaces within its remit, as well as for the promotion, communication and animation of the village.
The Board, the ASL's Board of Directors
The ASL is administered by a Board, which serves as its Board of Directors. It is made up of 7 members, representing the collective interests of the ASL's members.
Since December 2025, the Chairman of the Board has been Patrick Debuire, whose term runs until December 2028.
The Board sets the ASL's overall direction, makes decisions within its remit and oversees their implementation together with the ASL's operational team.
A collective organization
Each co-ownership retains its own organization and remains responsible for managing its common areas. The ASL, for its part, is responsible for the elements and facilities within its area of competence.
The smooth running of Arc 1950 thus relies on ongoing collaboration between the village's various stakeholders, ensuring a pleasant, safe and consistent environment for everyone.
