A peaceful stay

In this context of Covid-19, we will inform you as we go on the opening conditions for the Village, which will take into account the measures imposed by the government, in relation to reception in tourist residences, but also the organisation of activities and entertainment, nurseries, swimming pools, wellness and fitness areas, the Deep Nature Spa ...

We have to readapt our activities once again relative to the occupancy figures and the health measures. In order to minimise costs, there will be no entertainment program during this period.

A self-service games room will be set up on the ground floor of Prince des Cimes residence, with a table tennis table, table football and wooden games.

This games room will be open 10am to 6pm in accordance with the health regulations in force: social distancing, face masks required, no more than 10 people simultaneously in the room.

Hand sanitizer gel and bactericidal cleanser will be available for your hands and the equipment that you can use.

Please respect the instructions displayed in the room for the comfort of all.

Retail areas

Some of the shop owners have decided to stay open to guarantee a service to the Village’s owners and guests.

Health & Safety

As regards health:

> The “Serenity Guarantee” charter that was set up this summer by Pierre & Vacances and maeva.com relative to Covid-related reception conditions in tourism residences (face masks, barrier gestures, hand sanitizer gel, disinfection procedures …) is still in place.

> The NV3 and Leebear concierge services meet the Covid-related health measures as related to reception of private renters’ guests. 

As regards safety:

> Although the ski lifts are closed, PIDAs (Avalanche Response Plans) will be carried out by the local authorities in Bourg-Saint-Maurice and ADS to ensure safety on the roads and in the villages.

Conditions of access to the ski area

During this period of closure, the ski area is considered as an unsecured mountain area. It is therefore dangerous to go out on the mountain for activities such as hiking, snowshoeing or ski touring without being accompanied by a professional.

In the case of an accident in the ski area, you should call 112 or 15.


Access to the Village

No buses will be running between Bourg-Saint-Maurice station and Les Arcs, and there will be no inter-resort bus service between Arc 1600 and Arc 1800 or between Arc 1600, Arc 1950 and Arc 2000.

We highly recommend that you come by car or taxi. 

The car park will be free from Sunday, December 3rd and until the re-opening of the ski area.
