Le Village Arc 1950 is pleased to introduce to journalists their dedicated space: a full picture library, our press pack 07/08 and several press releases.
Construction work started in 2002 with the laying of the first stone and the opening of the first apartment building, Le Hameau du Glacier, followed in 2003. In December 2003 it was time to plant the first poles and ski the first runs, as the second apartment building, Les Jardins de la Cascade, was opened and the first street completed. At the same time, the Vanoise Express opened its doors and one of the world’s biggest ski areas, Paradiski, saw the light of day.

Arc 1950 invents the Village : A concept that is unique in Europe: A pedestrian Village located at 1950 m, directly facing Mont-Blanc. The traditional architecture is totally in harmony with the environment.
